It was ok ,environment clean ,lower staff hospitable ,& food given & teacher accomodation manageable .

Dislikes

During my interview at Fravashi International Academy in Nashik, Maharashtra, I encountered several issues that left me concerned. The institution's hiring practices were notably backward, lacking the necessary rigor and transparency. Staff qualifications were questionable, with many teachers lacking relevant ACCA, CTA, or CIMA certifications and modern UK teaching licenses. Class demonstrations revealed a disengaged student body; for instance, in 2024, 40% of students were without laptops, leading to low motivation and poor engagement. The Head of Department (HoD) was unprofessional, failing to turn on her camera during the online interview, which affected my perception of the academy's commitment to professionalism. While the lunch provided was satisfactory, it did not offset these significant shortcomings. The traditional teaching methods in use could benefit from modernization to enhance student engagement and outcomes, reflecting a need for an overhaul in both hiring practices and instructional techniques.

Likes

I like the inspirational aura created by the Management and Authority to boost the team . The flow of appreciation and acknowledgment is commendable . Of course every institution stands strong in the crisis when it has dedicated and committed team to support them at the foundation level.

Dislikes

There is hardly any concern for disliking as the institution is trying its best to keep the healthy bond between Parents , Authority and Teachers . Everyone has to comprise and needs to walk hand in hand to strengthen the relationship between each other.
