Bonus was satisfactory during job and there was birthday celebrations of employees, Award and Certificate program for best employee and annual picnic and occasionally lunch parties in good restaurants or in Office.

Dislikes

... the same day with no prior intimation leaving the employee under mental trauma. The differed bonus in Dollars that was issued got nullified and were of no use when either removed from job or upon resignation.

V V bad management, no career growth, no job security, no salary growth, lot of politics, zero learning, v poor work environment. One of the worst managed companies I have ever worked with.

its great prevelleage to work with such an international company, personal i have lent how to work as a team becurse in franks you don,t say i but we, we work as a team to acheive one goal i remember some time last year when the sand blasting machine brake down as the electrical personal on grand it was actually an opportunity my team that and the base manger that we can put it to work (this what the base manger if you can do this for me i will be happy with you) so i went home with franks, but i came back to franks with me along side with my group we made it work

too seriouse and worried over any little electrical issue and possibly close for that day

Very organized working culture and everyone respect eachother irrespective of designation. There's no internal politics and you just need to focus on your work.

Nothing to dislike anything during my tenure.
