Everything, you will not get your salary in time even though you gave your best. It will be stuck for no reason. No promotion No appraisal No job security No management They don't know how to talk with employees. No work life balance If you are late for even one minute they will deduct half day salary Not a healthy company to work with.

They lack clear vision, make rash decisions, and never take responsibility for their mistake. * No opportunities for professional development.
