Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

The only thing I can say is that pressure is comparatively lesser.

...es together. No PF, no Health Insurance, no holiday on May 1st and November 1st. Too much reporting, you have to update your daily reports or else salary will be deducted. There is sandwich HR policy also. It is a proprietorship firm. Salary never on time and always second half of your salary will be delayed for a week or two or a month also.

They will hire you after an easy interview. After a few days they will take you on video calls and you will find out that it's a company full of interns. The HR manager is a big time id**t she will call you and start lecturing you all types of nonsense. She can go to any extent to subdue you.
