...e thinking you will learn so many things then sorry it will not going to happen. If you have kids and a wife then have a good package already then you can sit in this company forever otherwise will not going to recommend. If your package is not competent enough then dont go for any big company instead join startups so that you will learn all the responsibilities. Because you will have more exposure and can even your seniors in such companies. Thanks.

Salary could be more competitive Previously, Fractal's stringent 2% hiring standard makes it a challenging and prestigious destination for top-tier talent. I realized that this has been compromised in recent years which is making Fractal an ordinary organization, which is concerning
