They initially gave good increment and motivation for working. Then they stopped every facility and start treating like school.

There management... as specially when Capt. wife start interrupting in company. They have system , when someone give resignation they gives other employee money as token of Incentives. In last 3 year more than 30 employees left fracht India group. Also no flexi time

Dislikes

There is late sitting everyday and no personal life. They just tell work day Monday to Friday but asked to work on Saturday and Sunday as well. Pathetic company. Late coming is counted but late going is not counting.
