The dealer principals are very good, helpful, pay on time salary, little delay in incentive but you will get it..

Like how good the dealer principals but the management staffs are vise versa, You don't get recognised once they feel you are better person than them, simply they do all kind of tricks to get you out of the job.They always wanted you to be less smarter than them.Knowledge level( industry & general) is very average.you have no way of improving your skills.lot of gossips and politics, very poor culture,communication levels are below the standards.If you want money! not worrying about work culture,environment, your family and future professional growth then you can think about it. If you are passion about your job and yourself then don't turn.

As a intern I have worked the Company in 0ne month internship.Hr are friendly to spoke to me . So commucating each other for payroll and recruitment process.That why I liked the company .

The best company to work with, foundation to develop skills and learnt a lot about sales and teamwork, top management, management and employees will guide and help a lot to grow, I will be missing these fantastic people .i wish FPL and my friends a great success

Before joining this company I don't know anything about automobiles now I get to know some valuable things about automobiles and hyundai it's very useful for my future as a automobile employee.Im very glad to part of this company.
