Work culture is not that great, employees are not provided with good quality of systems to work so it becomes very hard to complete the design tasks by the given deadline

It's a real good place to work ,they have awesome work culture. And for job security if you're doing ok they'll give you every chance you to grow but won't ask you to leave.

I was hired to work with an automotive client. I really liked that bit. The HR is nice and sympathetic.

Dislikes

The team leaders I was assigned to work with were called "Harpic". That was because they had a reputation for cleaning out all the new guys within 6 months of joining. I was hired to work with the said automotive client because I had expertise in that field. Within three months of joining, I got to know that the client had been poached by a rival, and I basically had to oversee the handover. And what did I do in the meantime? Stay in office till 2 am because the FMCG client I was forced to work on was too busy trying to decide if India v Pakistan was more important than Father's Day.
