On time salary, 10 CL, 10 sick leave per years. And earned leave are there. Transport is good. Increment is good. Yearly bonus based on the performance ( every one will get bonus bus based on the performance, good worker gets hight bonus and employee not performed well who will get low bonus ) available. Company leave policy is too good. Once you get the job, they will never relieve you that was your choice only. So job security is there. Salary is good.

Department internal politics will be there.

Cab facility is good, salary is given on time, there are allowances like shift , rent, medical etc , no pressure of work,

No promotion system and no qualification based post ...all qualification worked at same post and at same salary

Waste of time and career. All heads are Taiwanees they don't know any thing. When customer asks indian will face. Customer Apple also buffalo. Complete electronics industry image damaged by Taiwan companies.
