Appraisal not on time, bonus critaria is worst, no other facility apart from salary/professional fees, increments not as per market standard, no value to employees, management is not good.

In my personal experience, there is no growth, either on work exposure or economically. People over there are demotivating and didn't appreciate your efforts. On appraisal time they tell you that are discussing with management for your appraisal. Every time when you remind your boss, they are only in discussion mode. After six months when you put down your paper, they tell you that your performance was not good for appraisal. In my view, corporate compliance is pathetic team to join.
