Work & work culture except a few people at senior positions. The company is a nice place to work at. It's just some people who makes it a worst place.

Hi, I had started working in FF a couple of months ago. While I appreciate the opportunities the professional growth being in the company, there were a lot of challenges working with the CPO. The work company does is pretty decent, however working with chief product officer Dr Peter Joseph was completely opposite. The CPO doesn't have an expertise to handle the team and it was extremely toxic to work under him. Micromanaging tasks/work without any support and proper communication. Under him you gotta work like a robo without using your brain & just following commands blindly. The company can definitely be a great workplace if it could've more experienced and brainy leaders. Not just some senior position occupants. From my experience people especially the senior leaders at any workplace should have the optimism to accept their team's different abilities. It's not always the case that everyone is good in doing everything but however it is manager's duty to recognise employee's strengths and make them get utilized in a right way for work as well as for an employee's personal n professional growth.

Fourth Frontier is very small organization with Bright engineering team dynamic team working towards products that measure heart health. Focused on customer satisfaction and product is customer centric. All the customer complaints will be taken with high priority. Management is approachable.

Dislikes

None for now. Scope of improvement is more .
