Extremely pathetic company and the so called management are just a bunch of newbies who just think that the employees are some robot to work 24/7/365 days. No work culture , no transparency and extremely unfair practices to hide their incompetency. Would request any potential candidate not join this form and risk impacting their career. No work life balance no leaves you can take , you’re supposed to work 24/7/365 days , if there’s a leave in GCC then also the team works from morning till night and when there is an Indian holiday they say client is working so we have to provide support and give it throughout the day. HR has zero policy in place to tackle such things and are only concerned with the billings.

Hidden policies which change anytime , they will ensure they cut your salary with whatever lousy excuses, and they will avoid you when you put your papers , as if you have done some big crime. Management doesn’t know how to bring in new projects and expects the employees to become sales and marketing persons too. All they want is monthly billing from client shouldn’t be impacted. Termination for the management is a child’s play, they will terminate anyone anytime with no proper justification and HR will only do as said by the management. Feel sad to waste my time here in this company. Please avoid this company at all cost!!! It’s better to be unemployed rather than joining this company which are run by a bunch of illiterates.

Stay away from this toxic environment !! The management is just concerned about the client and are least bothered about their own employees and the work stress that they are face. Many managers have raised their voice but have failed as the management never supports their own team!!

Steer clear of FourNxt at all costs! My stint as a developer there was Nightmare, characterized by unethical practices and lack of proper management. Their main focus was profit by billing client for resource, disregarding employee well-being. I felt overwhelmed by their hectic schedule and the expectation to work round the clock without reasonable support. When I tendered my resignation during probation period, they cunningly hid internal policies not mentioned in Offer Letter, leading to the unjust deduction of my ONE Month's SALARY. Transparency was absent, and trust was shattered. I urge prospective candidates to think twice before joining FourNxt. Their deceitful work environment and exploitative policies paint a grim picture for anyone seeking a rewarding and ethical work experience.
