...at you deserve and only interested in their own opportunities and career growth. - No bonus for the yearlong effort I put in and working late nights handling customer escalations and fixing the buggy code caused by poor engineering practices. when asked, they will simply say someone from US decided not to give bonus who have no clue on the efforts you put in to keep their customer satisfied. - not a great product vision. - very poor work culture and engineering practices. - people in upper management favor their own group and promote them.

Work culture (empowers you to take decisions BUT if you fail you are alone and will be victimised), Job security, politics, lack of transparency and clear ownership, being agile and adaptive is 1 thing but here it is fluid due to lack of proper vision/planning and consolidation of all decision making in the hands of 1 person.

Work life balance is good, but ofc it depends on the team. Salary and other perks are good

Dislikes

Few years back, everything was great, and culture and hikes were good, but nowadays everything flipped and things are getting worst only. Sometimes, you may see racism, people outside state doesn't get good treatment.

They keep irritating you even after u exit the organization they pretend to be recruiters of different organization they keep calling you from hyd/banglr numb to get info abt u just bluff n record the call don't reveal any information just bluff. Exploit employee in name of felixible work hours worst management. To get visibility they interefere in your work and personal life. Only referrals with bucketing skills can survive
