Achieving target is hard because of product. Company will provide previous customers data they all are unhappy with product so can’t Abel to renew those clients.
Manager will also not help to achieve target.
You have to struggle 6months to understand the concept and it’s work if target not achieving after 6month they will remove from company.
Product is very much challenging for sale in the market becoz they don't have proper candidate database, Monster now foundit is average for IT related jobs but in case of other profiles like FMCG, Business development related candidate data base are not updated . Clients are very much unhappy after taking a yearly subscription.
They are not investing on promotional activities like digital marketing, TV ads ,radio ads
Kolkata market is worse for any sector where job security and satisfaction is 0. Too much political games paying in organisation. Personal and mental health will be affected becoz of tremendous work pressure.
