While foundation AI works on interesting projects, internal communication within the organization could be better. The career path is not always clear, It can be tough during busy days. It is a decent place to work but there is room for improvement in structure and support.

Likes

Ignore at all costs. The learning curve is zero. No Planning, No one-on-ones with managers. Copy-pasting the same code to various clients. Need to assume the requirements and build the product. No Documentation wrt requirements, previous results, approaches and etc. Work-Life balance is hell. Only your code or work completed will be reviewed post 6 months. You need to rework if they are unhappy.

Dislikes

Everything. No Project Architecture. No, Try/catch. No Loggers. No Deployments. No ELK to access prod logs to check bugs. No Git Notebooks wrt Data Science. No Confluence. No Brain-storming. No Proper requirements are shared through any resource. No client interaction. Product manager or team directors or team managers never share the requirements wrt any Project everything has to be built on assumption.

No work life balance They won't allow you to take leaves and if you take leave you have to compensate for that. No logout time They will make you work for straight 13-14 hours every single day They will force you to do Overtime.

Foundation AI seems like a fantastic to work due to its work-Life Balance, its culture and most important the people. The company culture is likely supportive and enriching, making it a rewarding environment overall.

The work culture is not at all positive, people sitting on positions like Team Lead micro manage and secondly the target system is too much for a 9 hours shift job so basically it's atleast a 12-14 hours job per day in a minimal salary. As Wfh it's a total mess because no work life balance can be done.
