The owner of this organisation (AS) is a really despicable human being. He humiliates his employees. There is no growth in the organisation, and no appraisal happens in this organization. Avoid this company, it is better to be unemployed and starve on streets than work for these people.

Work culture is good. Cosmopolitan in nature. you will find people from all states working here.

Dislikes

HR is rude, interferering and dominating. HR feels like the director, passes to much remarks. Only does hire and fire on employees. She is going physically at every department and interfering. No peace at work. Crowd is too much. Management is not proper. Work hours too much. Within working hours, she will shift your domains which is very disturbing. Their decisions for work change within days, not months and years. too much politics. HR is not friendly and cooperative. HR feels herself as the boss. No job security

The only organisation that works in an unorganized manner. There is no single person who can take care of concerns of the employee. Most of the employees are jerks hired from a particular state.

Not organised, unprofessional, works like a shop.
