I you on leave HR holds employee's salary after returning on the job and after 6 to 8 days duty they will give your salary. Canteen rate is so high and food is very bad, company not taken any action for this. If you resigned from the company your salary not will be not pay at the time of resignation even they not credited your salary in next month of salary date. HR is very fraud person he is not pay resigned employee salary. At the time of resignation they force to sign a their printed affidavit resignation letter , written on this paper your all payment has been cleared by the company, it is totally false. Once again I want to say I you quit your job please forget your salary for existing month,

Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and management is Rude behaviour. HR department doesn't resolve your issue.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
