... you will not do it. Some other person will do it ) So dont think much about it. And the salary part also ( its THE WORST ) they dont provide you any kind of PF, ESI anything they are just saving there money from the govt. Also. They dont provide PF, ESI bcoz govt. Will come to about that how many employees are working in it. And if govt come to know they have to pay taxes. So no job security no insurance. No working culture nothing is there. If you want just to survive for 3 months join it. Your interview will be taken with some random person who works as technical person or you some random sales person who steals your sales. In some random desk where people have food. Salary date not fixed and salary deduction also not fixed. Its on their mood. Thay can deduct how much they want and if you ask it will be postponed for next month and again same story ( next month) and it goes on and on and on. This was my real review. Consider it and save your time and mental health also. Thank you. God bless you.

...perience in the same domain. regular openings in sales, marketing & operation. offers good salary package , on time salary. corporate like organizational structure . Middle management & lower management is very supportive.

Employee tracking by gps mobile app, some parasites or sycophant available in top management. job security is very poor , appraisals low , politics high.

You can learn new skills while working at fortune. Working out fix no one ask you to work overtime. Fix timing 10to 6:30. Only one thing I recommend come to fortune gain 1 year exp learn new skills and leave. If you spent more than 1 year it is you loss.

No financial growth. No extra benefits just got ur salary which never increase.. Ms. Sweta is like Hitlar of Fortune I don't know where she pass out MBA program. She give new joiners good hike but existing employee who spent 3 4 years at company and know all about company never give hike. Agar tumhara punch miss ho jata hai pura mahine mail daalte raho uske baad bhi Hitler Didi sweta salary kaat leti hai.

This is a pure Indian company where you cannot expect culture or work life balance or anything. But yes, if you are looking to have a relaxed professional life with no much aspiration to grow and learn, this is the right place for you. Senior management is too good. They help you anytime you need that.

No flexibility, not much leaves, strict timing, no growth path, not proper salary, no timely salary

Teammates are helpful, work environment is good. Salary is in time

Work pressure is high, it takes time to settle. Sometimes receive appreciation from branches or partners but mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals
