Team is good but not salary is good staff members are good. I feel good with my staff during job I am happy but not too much . I leave the job because my staff members also leave the job the reason behind it was that the salary which is not rise 2000 rupees in 4 years

I get to learn something and I get to travel a bit

everything ,The staff here does not understand anything, they do as they please ,Here you don't get any incentive nor any extra TA, They are getting the work done for Rs. 45-50 thousand and are paying Rs. 22 thousand, Here one has to do the work of 14-15 territories by himself and there is no promotion or any extra payment for this ,A person works to learn something or gain something but there are no benefits here .

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
