Rotten work culture, you are not working for company you are working on your manager rahmo karam, you need to spend the whole salary on your manager expenses, bad politics, and your manager works will earn salary, false expenses, distributor comission and you need to arrange these all, After leaving the organisation, your manager will hold the Fnf and HR team will not do anything in your fever really a bad work culture here.

Salary Package was good, that turned into curse, as this association did not goes long.

Everything disliked about, No one cares about overall business, everyone is trying to save themselves. Managers do not want to come onto ground and feel the heat. they just know how to save themselves .

...rk hours. Team members are very supporting and encouraging while doing the work. Company was provided with good salary. But unfortunately in this pandamic situation company was not supported due to this covid19.

Company career growth is very slow. I think when resign this company its difficult to looking for a job in an other companies.

They can fire you abruptly without any prior notice. Join only if you are willing to take that risk. The company and the senior stakeholders are lousy when it comes to project planning and blames are later put on the employees who then have to bear the brunt.
