There are not much career opportunities to explore. The growth is slow. Also, the salary is decent,but doesn't justify the efforts that are put in.

The work related trainings and understanding was great as I was trained by an experienced trainer from the USA

The compensation received was less for the amount of work and responsibilities that I had taken up

HR's are behaving like mute or dum Stress, stress and stresssss Only increasing experience not salary Less project security Lots of internal shifting which are really affect on performances and appraisal. Manager's not providing appropriate response or reason

Fortrea will give you good salary hike and permanent WFH.

My experience with Fortrea was terrible. Management was pathetic. Including managers and upper management only follows US teams. Employees are feeling terrible.

Good work-life balance. Work from home culture. Salary on time.

Dislikes

The IT management is always trying to threaten employees in the name of termination. People getting terminated over a single call without any prior intimidation. Thankless behavior of management towards key employees.
