The worst work culture , daily late sitting in ofc, no overtime paid, very bad for employee. While working in fortis you can not give time to your family

I have learned many things from fortis hospits it was very good my salary was 15000 over there. i have got 4 month training of Billing from fortis hospital.

There are not anything to do dislike all teammates training work environment innovation Was perfect.

No slills development, no work life balance, no fixed timing of going home, wierd shift timings, very minimal leaves, no parking space, very bad hospital condition, rude and arrogant nursing staff, very very toxic department culture, the seniors alws talk sarcastically and in humiliating way, no person wants to work here despite offering double salary, the hospital is dependent on LOCUMS exclusively and many times even locums are not available so the DNB trainees do the needful.. the HOD sucks the blood out of the juniors..
