Nurses work are good but day by day there work increases like billing, discharge patient file arrangement etc. our work is to give patient care not to do billing

...ork experience, apprisal is soo much disappointed like 500-1000 rupees per year. Bonus is not giving Fortis. There no one care to your opinion. There is an NS MRS.DOLLY BISWAS she was an act like cartoon and another is Mrs.Banani (DNS) she is the main culprit where you can not do work in your dept properly,

..... Never appreciate for hard work. They see only their favorite person concerns. No extra hours salary, no free food for staff, extra work load. Poor team work. Miscommunications. Slow hospital management process. Mental health is jst hell... Everyone hav their own life issue. People judge u like if ur not smiling by seeing them it means ur rude. N if ur doing butter ing it means ur good. Then what abt the individual performance. Never ever asked staff are they comfortable or not with their colleague.

The salary is not good at all. With my overall 7years experience, is not enough.There is no proper increment. Though I'm thankful to the Institute for providing the hostel but the room is too suffocated with no sufficient bathrooms.

Lot of work load and stress in job,every day do extra working hours but no any benefit ,salary growth and career growth is zero and salary is low level but work is high levels, In every department man power shortage and one more they will give good the salary scale to fresher staff and experience staff work on same salary from last 4 years

Departmental Staffs are supportive to each other.

Salary scale is very low. Same kind of work. Excessive amount of formalities & protocols to follow. House keeping & maintainance service isn't good enough.
