For an institution of such high repute, the management needs to invest in its employees and address these critical issues to create a better workplace.

at least in cathlab, as long as you do your job satisfactorly you will be rewarded. aside from that life in cathlab is hectic but somewhat chill too depending on time of the day. though stemi cases are always troublesome to deal with.

salary at least in our job area is low heck too low in fact. if someone shows same dedication in other field, let say computer science he will be golden goose with 12lpa package while we had to deal with stessfull enviroment with low lpa package.
