HR team is unprofessional, salary deduction, no proper documentation, no training(certification), low appraisal, politics…….

at least in cathlab, as long as you do your job satisfactorly you will be rewarded. aside from that life in cathlab is hectic but somewhat chill too depending on time of the day. though stemi cases are always troublesome to deal with.

salary at least in our job area is low heck too low in fact. if someone shows same dedication in other field, let say computer science he will be golden goose with 12lpa package while we had to deal with stessfull enviroment with low lpa package.

...ironment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the mangement is transparent. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus as well.

Middle management are very defensive,our issues not passing to top management, career growth is very slow

I learnt a lot while my fellowship there. My boss and all my colleagues were all very helpful and encouraging . Working atmosphere particularly in my department was very healthy .

Salary was average , not very satisfying. I can’t say about appraisals since I stayed only for a year. The food in the canteen was not upto the mark. It was pretty bad .
