Good work environment, Teammates & management arn"t supportive. There is biggest drawbacks is that your teammates finds your mistakes like that they are going to get award for that.

There is a lot of politics and the HR team doesn't address our issue, Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Employee benefits. They just make you work, they will never take you for outing and plus only the Manager and above level are invited for their office parties. We will do the hard work and the Manager and above level will enjoy the success parties. Keep it up FORMULA.

Mumbai operations manager Wilson Pinto is a selfish manager who never helps the team. Whenever team is in trouble he find the way to blame and target specific individuals. Due to this behaviour almost 6 good employees has been resigned Karan, Raju, Sarfaraz, Niranjan, Deepak and Anil.
