I Worked Here for almost 3 Years as a Vfd Commissioning Engineer, Factory Environment is Good and Neat, Working Shift From 9am to 9pm basis / Rarely It Extends to 12pm Depending Upon Projects Transportation Facilities Available at Factory For Overtime Work, Daily Foods Are Provided for 3 Times / Snacks Provided 2 Times a Day, Rooms Are Also Provided For Fresh/Experienced Candidates at Nearby Locality, Uniforms Are Also There For Each Employee. All Govt Festival, Traditional Pooja's are Celebrated and Sweets Were Distributed, As a fresher I'll Learn Lot of Things in my Career( Industry Process from top to bottom ) There are More Senior Members to Guide Me till Last, All Employees/Engineers/Technicians and My Co-workers are Genuine and Share Work Equally, All Employees are Treated Equally and No Discrimination at Work Place, Management Gives More Time to Prove & Enhance SelfSkill. Salaries, Provident funds, Medical Insurance, Allowances, Diwali Bonus are Paid Without Delay.

Dislikes

Site Work Has Frequent Travel throughout India, Frequent Health Issues Occur like Cold and Body Pain, Worst Site Environment, Customer and Client Torcher & Rude Behavior, Physical and Mental Pressure, Stressful Environment, Casual Leaves are Not Permitted More Than a Day Even Salary Cut, If Necessary Sunday also Working Day, Sleepless Nights and Day Shifts, Overpressure, Frustration, Overwork Without OT for Engineers, Ground level Pay and Benefits, Trail & Error Situation, Carryout all Pending Issues In Single Hand at Site, More Team Politics and Can't Address Our Issues Freely.

I learned electrical deeply in formoplastic as much than I was studied during engineering. Overall formoplastic is a good platform for those who are willing to learn VFD's.

Dislikes

Even if you work with your full potential. They won't satisfy in the compensation.

Likes

Average working hours are 14 to 16 Hrs per day. People will really enjoy the average working hour . I would like to say you can shift your family at office itself. So that you can work 9.00am to 2.00am. Most of the people likes the working hour, because even if you are far from office you cannot lead normal and simple life.
