...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Though on paper its a MNC, Non of the MNC culture is followed. Its more like a proprietor ship. Not the one you want to hone your skills and grow. Terrible to work. No office culture is followed.

Dislikes

Not much to tell about the company. Its a sinking ship.

Nothing to like over there. Earlier management was great in all the aspects. The new management ( GM ), GM having worse attitude on employees.

No work culture. No skill development. No work at all to improve yourself. No recognition for your work, even you performed.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
