Performance not recognized and rewarded and appreciated. Salary below market and no incentive. Operations has all the responsibility and other departments delegates the work to operation. Corporate politics. Culture of the company is not good

There is nothing to like with company, it's only give and take rule, they just pay you and use your skills.

Is very similar to lala shop where leader brings his own team from his previous company, use abusive words with staff. Top management behaves like fool. Environment is super political.

There are many wonderful things about Forevernew that the company culture is good and staff loves to work with everyone in company team , it provdes a decent career and growth prospects with learning new things. There are benefits that caompany takes care as social insurance and medical policy for expats. Its stable company with good culture.

Company is decent and compensation is good , the work pressure is high as its hi fashion products company. Somwtimes have to work extra hours staright a day !! There ia no specific job traning for freshers.
