Good learning experience for both fresher and experienced. So many recreation activities like fun and games, outside dinner and lunch, day outs, CSR, yoga, sports day. Good infrastructure and highly equipped furnitures. Nice ambitious and spacious parking lots and working place. Friendly co-worker and some leads and managers. Well cleaned food court, pantry, rest rooms.

Dislikes

Job security and compensation is very low for contract employees.(no growth) There is some partiality between full time employees and contract employees.

Promotions are good for entry to mid level employees Bonus Leave policies

Roles and responsibilities are not clear. Most of the times the work given to us is not relevant to our knowledge and not so fruitful for the employee point of view Top level management is not so good in the recent years

Recently becomes more toxic as senior managers are not well respected and no opportunity for them to move lateral or promotion too .. non technical people in technical roles are really surviving there ..top management biased with set of people..

Salary offered is according to the work allocated. Not able to maintain a good work life balance

Ford is the name that gives a pride to employees.very good organization with wonderful employees culture and salary was above with campare to other OEM. Really missing ford.

They are failed to judge the Indian customer mind. So they are now out of the race.
