...exploit lower levels. Internal politics. Favouring the locals like Tamil people. Always they cry for cost cutting. No get-together party. No promotion.

If you are direct employee then paid leaves are more than adequate. Company spends on upskilling employees . Work life balance depends on the team

Dislikes

1. Salary is less than market standard 2. Variable component will never be paid more than 50% 3. No job security there are multiple rounds of silent layoffs 4. Don't fall for good WLB and decent pay, you will be disappointed

Sometimes you have to work a lot hours to finish the task and the salary is low because I'm working under agency I think... And the travel takes 2 hours for me to go home so totally 4 hours gone in a day that sucks a lot
