“Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The management team really seems to care about their employees. You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but thats needs when the job is incomplete. The management treats you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees, no yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas. The office environment is very fun. It is a very challenging company due to the pace and ingenuity around every corner, which is awesome. The most important value of this work place is that the Top Managements works round the corner with the employees to boost their energies. It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company. The company treats you the way you perform. Blaming & accusing any company reflects your respect towards the company who gave you bread & butter. So perform well & enjoy your work.

Good to work and plenty of exposure provided. but when projects ends you need to look elsewhere.. Not recommended for long term association.

Dislikes

Lack of intent and intrest to retain employees. No appraisals, no carrier growth.
