Flexible Good salary

Dislikes

HR team is biased if they know well your job is secured Frequent lay offs Even senior management does not the strategy it changes every month No job security They will fire you saying it's redundancy and will open the position again in 1 week Skill won't develop they will start working on new tech stack and then would fall back to old tech in few months

...tunities and most importantly no transparency between management and employee... They will fire you any time they will not pay shift allowance and food allowance on time . Delayed at least 2 month.
