Increment is not done on time. There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.

No support at all..they even cut money from our salary in the name of sanitizer..as if even that they cannot give to their employees themselves

Slashing of salaries for months..not even providing proper soaps at restrooms even during pandemic..not even giving leaves on diwali and national holidays..

...isal not given at time, monthly salary not given at time. career growth is slow. salary deduction is high for canteen and transportation. Employees satisfaction zero.

There are 3 shift in a day. good salary but no growth .since 2015 no promotion . continuos 2 shift working .no overtime

Force Motors gives the opportunity to grow your self by providing training in different areas personal and professional. Different activity are running continuously for improvements of organizations and self growth also. I also like the police of re-hire in this organization.
