Forbes Marshall has a very good work Environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are very good and appraisals are nice.

...eople. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good salary, Good work Culture, Respect to all employees

Job security is very poor, Confirmation of job is less than 10% of contract employees, rather than confirming trained trainees company is more interested in taking contract workers each next 6 months and letting previous employees to leave.

During training company hides the facts that the role is contract-based. They state permanent hiring after 2 years, but it doen't happen. Third-party employees don't receive respect from permanent staff. The work is repetative and lacks of technical learning opportunities.

Here you are not suppressed by the heads. Managers and top management is ready to listen all the time. Even the owner interact with young people.

Dislikes

Canteen has no options, work life balance is worst 9.5 hours/day working, no/less salary hike, work satisfaction is zero, they will ask you to do anything irrespective of your profile whether you like it or not
