...oo young fresher or very little experience then there isn't much scope to learn. But for someone with a bit of experience looking for job safety work life balance decent salary not willing to take risks it's a best job. Learning opportunities are very low but I've never worked more than 8hrs a day.

...k and consistently deduct money from salaries without adjusting for paid leaves. There’s no diwali bonus or additional perks, making it terrible experience overall. If anyone is considering working there think twice, they exploit their employees and make unjustified salary deductions and offer countless excuses when questioned about it.

Covid Time given job of life balance unfortunately Covid has been left and i also left good growth

Before Lockdown Everything was on spot and was freely working in company after lockdown work load doubled unnecessary pressure holding salaries for silly reasons deducting huge salary amount for little mistakes
