Compensation is descent, but growth is very slow. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. There is no system in the organisation from top Management to bottom level staff. Also, there is no on job training for freshers, hence the senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

The place where u can start ur career and you can learn and gain experience.. some employees are helpful but there is not any respect of seniors and juniors

1.security guard's behavior was very bad 2.There is no hearing on any issue in HR 3.HR people accompany you to serve food in the canteen. If it is more than a minute, you will have to leave your meal midway.

Holidays😕, too less! No employee fun activities-Music/sports, no yearly party, no office trip, no fun.

They treated employees like their bonded laborer. The conditions have not improved yet. The policy if signing up 3 yrs of bond is not disclosed initially. After a month, they start pesking you to sign off the same. MD always listens to his aides only and not to the employees. Only locals work here and with no increaments due their own strong reasons. The recent quality manager has left the organization with notice too! Due to their sick practices. Mental stress and hustle is real here. The MD really cares about one thing, he should have a good car collection.
