Specifically, I feel that there is limited scope for promotions and that employee contributions are not adequately valued. Furthermore, I believe that the organization does not prioritize employee well-being and job satisfaction

I don't like company's Direct dispatch policy, no one MNCG Company having own depot.

Products (Seasoning and Flavours) quality was awesome.

Many people doing to many things. The products range is vast a barrage and managers are putting unethical pressure to deliver big numbers month on month. and the most important HR team initiatives lacking. Internal Politics, No vertical growth due to grouping Appraisal on basis of need & favour not by performace

I liked the culture most and the enthusiasm they show to develop the skills of their employees.

Even after multiple requests and complaints the higher authorities were failed to fix the quality issues of the traded products and the price as well to compete with other brands.
