A person should only look for permanent employment in the Government as they only use your expertise not improve on it. Therefore no one is advised to take up contractual employment in the government

There is no promotion or hierarchy in contractual appointment.

As a intern trainee you will get a good a exposure of food safety and the related food sectors and gain a good work experience. The people are always kind enough and friendly to help in every way. Overall it is a great platform to open up your potential and improve your skill.

Dislikes

You will have a dry lab experience and there is a lack of wet lab experience which many food professionals expect at FSSAI, which being the key driver of the food industry.

1. Extreme work load and working hours concentrating to few people without accountability and acknowledgment. 2. No Ethical support department for team. 3. Extremely underpaid contractual staff. 4. No work life balance (This may get resolved soon) 5. Low work satisfaction.
