In F&B department as I working for Steward my working experience are great. I learn lots of things with our team mates & guest. Our team mates are very good & helpful also. Our captain treat us as a friend & like a brother. Our chef are very good and they provide foods very decent & delicious for our all staff in our cafeteria. Our manager, supervisor, HR they treat us like staff friend brother & sister. They motivate us each & everytime to give the better satisfaction to our guest how to greet them, politeness talking with our guest and etc. Over all working experience in hotel industry are good and tough also but not a impossible also.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
