I like nothing about the company ,.... They told us that you are going to join very bigbrand company. But I don't think so that was. There was no job security at all. No support from ASM and NSM. Management is very bad they will not support at any point. Motivation from any one of the company .... You have to motivate yourself. If you are joining this company specially if you are coming from bigbrand company, come at your own risk

There is no support from seniors, they only said if you not achieve target you'll be fired,no support only harrasment ,huge inventory dumping to distrubutor . Distrubutor channel is so disturb because of their dumping policies. Fake commitment always given to distrubutor from seniors. No support very bad cultured management. ASM is unaware about market they only said we want bussiness..but from their side they are unaware about their own territory.pathetic culture. If you want to join, join at your own risk.
