Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

..., So called M.D. Mr. Ajay Kalsi dont even know what is happening behind js back. The salary is credited after 2 months, yes it means salary of march will be credited to your account on 27 or 28th of April. 0% job security, Please dont waste your time by working in Focus Energy Ltd if you are an IT person. Please work as labour on any site instead.

...alk 180 KM as punishment - In their jaisalmer site staff has committed suicide - Salary after 2 months - Food is paid , included in your CTC and in Jaisalmer , Food quality is very rubbish - Head in Jaisalmer site smokes inside the office and a alcoholic person

They give opportunity to freshers.

Dislikes

...r management. No ethics. Worst work culture. They treat as a labour to everyone. They give 10,000 starting salary to Geologist. Now a days labour are earning more than this. Work pattern is worst. 5 months work non Stop (no Sunday/Festival holiday). After that they give 1 month paid leave. I will not suggest any one for this company.
