...r management. No ethics. Worst work culture. They treat as a labour to everyone. They give 10,000 starting salary to Geologist. Now a days labour are earning more than this. Work pattern is worst. 5 months work non Stop (no Sunday/Festival holiday). After that they give 1 month paid leave. I will not suggest any one for this company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaminy arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not giving to new joinees.

...mpany who make the atmosphare of dictatorship and do whatever they want in mind. here you will get more work and pressure but salary will not increase any how after your joining, so thats why you have to swtich another company.

Hazard location, and no connectivity with city and family because it is in BSF border area.

Freedom to do any thing for learning in gas processing plant

I feel that there is no any value for employee and the salary for the job is much more less as compare to the performance .Safety is zero in gas processing plant.

The company provides lunch and snacks but of average quality, edible to quench your hunger. No time limit for entry.

Dislikes

Management is very poor. No fixed date for salary. No Job Security. No promotion or growth opportunity, you will be stuck in one role.
