... assign us the session only after a week (get paid only when we take sessions... 150₹/hr) ,if student didn't join they won't pay us for it ie, a waste of time.... So for me it's just a big waste from the very beginning

It is fake company. They pay you only if by luck you get the student to teach. If you give 5-6 hours then you will be able to get 2-3 hours to teach and get paid for it. They keep their policies hidden and their HRs try to misguide you also. Theirs no transparency. They ask for fingerprint and digital signature and send it to US criminal investigation agency FBI.

Waste company doesn't follow the rules and regulations the company will always terminate the employee and no hike in this company

Don't waste your time in this company no hike is there in this company no growth for the future no salary is provided by the end of the month.with out any prior information they will terminate the employee.

The company's work culture is really awesome. It provides timely training and development sessions as per the requirements. There is no target-based work. It also provides WFH opportunities when needed.

There is nothing as such which I dislike about Focus Edumatics. Coming to the salary part, it will increase based on the years we are serving here and the promotions we receive.

... you check your performance there will be nothing effective like what they says. They just keep reasons for your termination and they won't pay your salary on time. There is more things to say as dislikes but I am just adding 10% of dislikes. Moreover than this its your wish to join here.
