Only thing is I worked here for 4 years, it gave good friends circle and salary what they mentioned. That's all Apart from that there was nothing. Kindly check if senior person brings one request or any suggestions, simply don't belive on managers, just check their work skill and ethics

I was worked more than 4 years, but there was no respect for seniors and they didn't gave any satisfied feeling to me. One of the worst team I worked in my life is Hr team under Ajith kunar sankaranarayanan. Just think about one thing I worked for 4 years in the organization and I'm writing this with heavy hearted because only for this guy and hierarchy who support him.

Waste company doesn't follow the rules and regulations the company will always terminate the employee and no hike in this company

Don't waste your time in this company no hike is there in this company no growth for the future no salary is provided by the end of the month.with out any prior information they will terminate the employee.

...utting the tutors into the PIP by identifying very minor mistakes of the tutors. They want all the tutors to join the freelancing as they don't want to pay for their salaries. This company is losing projects even if you check social media and all the reviews from American student parents; they are also saying wrong things about this company as it lacks qualified employees in higher authorities. You can check the LinkedIn profiles of APMs and PMs, HR, and all to see how they are underqualified and undereducated without management skills.

The company's work culture is really awesome. It provides timely training and development sessions as per the requirements. There is no target-based work. It also provides WFH opportunities when needed.

There is nothing as such which I dislike about Focus Edumatics. Coming to the salary part, it will increase based on the years we are serving here and the promotions we receive.

... you check your performance there will be nothing effective like what they says. They just keep reasons for your termination and they won't pay your salary on time. There is more things to say as dislikes but I am just adding 10% of dislikes. Moreover than this its your wish to join here.
