Its a well established company where MD takes self initiative and impart each and every activity of the day to day routine work. Monitors work performance & environment , listen grievances , provides facilities from workers to staff, organizes annual tours every year, system is established very well, motivates all workforce.

Dislikes

...s scolding senior most persons also even infront of the workers or junior staff. Compensation is not good. Working hours are longer then normal without any incentives, mostly plant is shut down due to shortage of orders and the most embarrassing part is that the amount of those shut down periods is deducted from the salary of the workers. No suggestion is given weightage . H e himself thinks he is the best all rounder.

Many senior and Good staffs are leaved within a month. Be careful , MD is hire and fire person.Even your toilet timing also count by the informers. Feel like a jail . work is less but Too much tensions and headeche , No helpful staffs .On very first day you will find heaven but after passing of 15 days experienced like hell . Don't Go Don't play with your career . pls enquiry inside or outside before going . Fully showbazi company .👎

MD nature is very helpful. MD love their associated like own family members. Happines is everywhere in company. I love my this temple & want to work my whole life .God bless MD sir & his family
