There is no job security, there is only 1 project and 1 client, the co founder of the team is an absolute mess, payroll team is outsourced, requirement keeps on changing every minute, very poor leave structure- they follow sandwich leave policy, there are 5 public holiday leaves in a year, no future vision

There's only 1 HR , and thats it , and the projects which are handled by this company , its very less . Today they have projects , tomorrow they won't. And you will be out.
