...good, the TL is very friendly and he actually understands an employee's problem. And there's hardly any delay in salary.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

It could be my problem only, because I don't like working in BPOs. An there's hardly any productivity in the job. There is almost no growth IMO.

Initially I liked the work culture since there was never too much pressure. However now I there's no point in liking anything.

Dislikes

All the employees are sick in the head. They no nothing except ways to cause trouble to others for literally no reason at all. Nobody should join this place as they can destroy your life if they want to.
