...nd just giving training. They do not have any IT project its training institute. Giving half salary on the basis of you are trainee. Freshers do not go in their trap.

No contact between employee and HR. Salary is not on time(sometimes delayed by 1 month). For salary you have to contact owner (Upesh patil) who will never receive your calls. No projects in company. They will demand money for hiring you. They can remove you anytime after 1 year is completed. You have to literally beg for your salary. No proper training and laptop kit is given(which they told will be provided by company). They will hire literally anyone if you pay them money and remove you after a year.

Im work for a company in the traditional sense, but I can share that many people appreciate collaboration, learning opportunities, and the chance to contribute to meaningful projects. A positive work environment and supportive colleagues can also enhance job satisfaction.
