Compensation is decent but growth is slow , the work pressure is very high, sometimes ihave work 12-15 hours straight in a day as i have to attend clint calls in the evening and sometimes late into the nigjy mamahers do not value an individuals, unigue strengths which is why I jave yo take backmu suggestions most of the times

I like the work environment here and it is an employee oriented company. Lot of freedom to work as per your way of working and the senior management is approachable and are ready to support you at any given time.

Dislikes

Salary structure is not at par to the industry standard at all the level. Growth is very slow and additional responsibilities are given only to the employees at coprorate office or those who belongs to south or closely connected with Top levels Employees.

Company environment it's good, people with good co ordinating working. This is permanent job so job security good

...rs, bonus amount for something good that you get in addition to what you expect. But in this company bonus for your monthly salary depited for some amounts 1500 to 2000rs in every month and yearly settled for your hand
